The area between 6th and 5th Street betweeen Walnut and Pacific Coast Highwya will be transformed into a downtown promenade area complete with hotels shops, and resturants. Close to the pier and the Huntington Beach State and City beaches and near the new and Marioot and Hyatt Huntington Beach hotel and convention center.
